Return Policy:
Returns are simple and easy. We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items within 30 days of the date on your receipt, you may return products that:
- Are not opened
- Are in their original packaging
- Are not used, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to use
If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and handling. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department (
customerservice@itestcash.com) within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
